Shoulder press PRODUCT DETAILS

The Shoulder Press offers user-defined overhead pushing motion, including diverging and independent movements. While designed primarily as a shoulder movement, creative users and trainers of the will also discover that many other exercises can be performed with this unit. The dual weight stacks create incremental adjustments that are small for all levels of user. Custom-made strap handles have several attachment positions and comfortable handles for stable, secure hold.

EQUIPMENT FEATURES

WEIGHT STACK – Dual weight stacks: 200 lbs (91 kg) each

FRAME AND FINISH – 11 gauge (.120″) and 7 gauge (.188″) 2×4-inch bent electroweld steel tubing. Abrasive grit pre-finish with electrostatically applied, heat-cured powder coat.

UPHOLSTERY – 2″ (50 mm) high-density foam covered with abrasion-resistant polyester vinyl fabric that is easy to clean, tough and durable.

The Precor Icarian Dual Cable Chest offers user-defined freedom of movement in both a pressing and fly converging movement. Custom-made strap handles on the FT444 Chest have multiple attachment points and oversized handles to make pressing exercises more comfortable by spreading the load over a larger area of the user’s hand. The combination of seat and handle adjustments means a broad range of user heights can be accommodated.
