Thin Mint Protein Brownies
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops BNB Supplements Smooth Chocolate Whey Protein
- 2 Scoops BNB Supplements Mint Chocolate Chip Whey Protein
- 4 tblspn cocoa powder
- 2.5 tblspn (35g) coconut flour
- 1/2c (40g) oats
- 2.5tspn Splenda brown sugar blend
- 2tspn baking powder
- 42g raw cocoa nibs
Wet Ingredients:
- 276g liquid egg whites
- 113g unsweetened apple sauce
- 113g fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4c water
- 2.5tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 275. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl from the wet then combine the two.
- Line a 9.5x12" pan tightly with tin foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and press down making it even over the whole pan. You can use a smaller pan, the bars will be thicker and take longer to cook.
- Cook for 40min or until toothpick comes out clean from centered of bars.
- 9.5x12" pan yields 18 brownies.
