Pumpkin Zucchini Bread (Gluten Free and No Added Sugar)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats (grind half of this to make oat flour)
- 1/3 cup finely shredded zucchini with the juices squeezed out
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 4 scoops of BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Whey Protein
- 2 tsp of stevia powder
Directions:
- Mix all the oat flour and remaining oats together.
- Add remaining ingredients and pour into loaf pan sprayed with non stick butter spray.
- Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 slices.
