Pumpkin Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 c Oats
  • 1/2 c Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 c Shredded Coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 tspn Ground Cinnamon
  • Dash of Sea Salt
  • 3/4 c Mashed Banana
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
  • 2 scoops BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Whey Protein

Directions:

  • Mix dry ingredients first then add the wet.(bananas & vanilla)
  • (don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty)
  • Place mixture into a 8x8 baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and you’re done.
