Pumpkin Protein Bars
Ingredients:
- 2/3 c Oats
- 1/2 c Brown Rice Flour
- 1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 c Shredded Coconut (optional)
- 1/4 tspn Ground Cinnamon
- Dash of Sea Salt
- 3/4 c Mashed Banana
- 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
- 2 scoops BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Whey Protein
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients first then add the wet.(bananas & vanilla)
- (don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty)
- Place mixture into a 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and you’re done.
