Pumpkin Pie Sweet Potato Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1C Oat Flour
  • 52g BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Protein
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 132g egg whites
  • 3/4C Splenda
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar Splenda
  • 2 Jars sweet potato baby food
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 oz water

Optional Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 Package sf/ff Vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp sf/ff cheesecake pudding
  • 1 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar Splenda
  • Water as needed to make a topping paste

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix flour,protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
  • Mix egg whites, Splenda or Truvia, baby food, splenda brown sugar and water in a bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Spray 8x8 glass dish with non-stick Baking spray.
  • Pour ingredients into dish.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes ( 25-29 min. is my average bake time)
  • Serving Size: Makes 16 Squares
