Pumpkin Pie Sweet Potato Protein Bars
Ingredients:
- 1C Oat Flour
- 52g BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Protein
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 132g egg whites
- 3/4C Splenda
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar Splenda
- 2 Jars sweet potato baby food
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 oz water
Optional Topping Ingredients:
- 1 Package sf/ff Vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp sf/ff cheesecake pudding
- 1 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Splenda
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar Splenda
- Water as needed to make a topping paste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour,protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
- Mix egg whites, Splenda or Truvia, baby food, splenda brown sugar and water in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
- Spray 8x8 glass dish with non-stick Baking spray.
- Pour ingredients into dish.
- Bake 20-30 minutes ( 25-29 min. is my average bake time)
- Serving Size: Makes 16 Squares
