  • 1/2 cup blended oats
  • 52g BNB Supplements Pumpkin Pie Whey Protein
  • 1/2cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2cup egg whites
  • Sprinkle on cinnamon while cooking or add in to blender


  • Mix all ingredients in blender.
  • Should make 3 big pancakes.
  • I cook mine on a low heat(#3 setting) in a pan
  • Top with 1/4cup sugar free syrup (depending on brand carbs could vary)
