Chocolate Protein Muffins

These chocolate muffins are tasty!  They are easy to make and have chocolate chips in them for added sweetness. I’ve added a couple substitution ideas in the ingredients for a lower calorie option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop BNB Supplements Smooth Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2-3 Tbsp Sweetener of Choice
  • 1 Egg (OR 3 Tbsp Egg Whites)
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil (OR 1/4 Cup Applesauce)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray a Muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with cupcake liners.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix all liquid ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix completely.
  • Pour batter into muffin pan and insert into the oven.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool 5 minutes in pan before removing.
  • EAT THOSE MUFFINS
