Chocolate Protein Muffins
These chocolate muffins are tasty! They are easy to make and have chocolate chips in them for added sweetness. I’ve added a couple substitution ideas in the ingredients for a lower calorie option.
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop BNB Supplements Smooth Chocolate Protein Powder
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2-3 Tbsp Sweetener of Choice
- 1 Egg (OR 3 Tbsp Egg Whites)
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil (OR 1/4 Cup Applesauce)
- 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray a Muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with cupcake liners.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix all liquid ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix completely.
- Pour batter into muffin pan and insert into the oven.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes in pan before removing.
